Privacy Notice

How Xablu Venture Studio handles personal data collected through this website and in the course of our activities.

Who we are

Xablu Venture Studio (“we”) is the controller for personal data processed via this website. You can reach us at hello@xabluventurestudio.com or at our registered office at Industrieplein 1, 7553 LL Hengelo, the Netherlands.

What we collect

We process the data you provide via the contact form or by email: your name, organisation, email address, the route you choose and your message. When you visit the site we also process technical data, such as IP address, device and browser information and pages viewed. With your consent, we use analytics to understand how the website is used.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, to share studio and venture information with interested parties, to operate and secure the website, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Depending on the purpose, our legal basis is your consent, our legitimate interest in running and promoting the studio, or compliance with a legal obligation.

Sharing and transfers

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our behalf (for example hosting and email), with professional advisers, and with regulators or authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep contact-form messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after the last contact unless the law requires otherwise. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact hello@xabluventurestudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
